While Sayaka's undeniably cute, from what I remember of M3 she came off as a whore.  A really cute whore.

But when Anri comes off as a whore it's in images with her and Gel, and that's enough to get my vote! @w@

Anri, because she has some nice sex scenes, and the scene near the end of F50 where she saves Bravan is one of the most uplifting in the Viper series.
