anyone know from what game this is? i think it's from sogna or not?

Not Sogna.  Not Lovers either.  It does remind me of the V8 R version of Friday the 18th though.

I presume of course that you mean just this one image.  Other images in that gallery are Sogna. I also recognize some Lovers, Steam Heart's, Do You Like Horny Bunnies?, and Sagara Family. Alot of it looks like anime caps though and I can't identify most of those (I recognize Boin though)
