Cat-throwing girl (Saori) is Tsubasa's cousin. Really though, not much difference when it comes to hentai.

Saori gets raped by Kuroda, one of the teachers.

Tsubasa ends up with Mayu.  He helps Rokurou spy on Saori and Miena in the bathroom and gets caught, but he wasn't trying to spy on his cousin (he was probably interested in Miena at the time)
