I'm testing my theory of what Diablo is? I'm guessing he is half elf half demon or half human half demon. What do you think? I'm betting on the half elf half demon because his ears are elf like ears.

It's probably laid out in the game at some point. All we'd need is a translation. It's probably safer to assume he's just a full demon though, since up until the end everyone seems to be skeptical that demons can even interbreed with elves or humans.

The demons all have wildly varying characteristics. How can you be sure pointy ears are an exclusively elven trait in the RSR world? The demons have all sorts of random bizarre anatomy, so Diablo having elf-like ears doesn't make me consider his origin any more than say, Tokage-Ron having lizard-like features.

It may be that the demon lords in RSR are humanoid so that they can mate with humans and elves, in a similar fashion to how Seed is a humanoid Undergrounder in the Rise series, and can impregnate the waitresses while his underlings can not. This doesn't make Diablo less of a demon or Seed less of an Undergrounder, its just the way thier species morphology is expressed.
