So, anyone else her use the MUGEN fighting-game program?
I really like it so far, with being able to customize pretty much anything

Though currently i,m on a crusade to acquire any and all Rozen Maiden characters
Specifically, Shinku, Suiseiseki and Suigintou(AKA Gin-sama)

I have MUGEN, but trying to install certain screenpacks are too much trouble. Say I downloaded A Vampire Savior Screenpack, when I followed the online instructions, the program won't even work! I'm still a NOOB when it comes to Mugen, but I get the idea on what it's about.

I use Mugen, but haven't used it much since my character's balancing is so off that just selecting any of the 3 or so overpowered characters pretty much gaurantees a win against anyone else in the roster.  It is great if you can find someone to play against.

I just wish i knew why the Rozen Maiden characters are so damn hard to find

I just want to know an easy way to make my own characters.

Same here. I would like to know how to make my own characters using a certain program, the same stuff that Capcom uses for it's fighting games (2D Sprites) rather than 3-D ones.

Also, I am still trying to get these screenpacks to work! So far, I made NO SUCCESS WHAT SO EVER! The tutorials are just plan useless! I have a few screenpacks, but none of them even work! Could you give this desperate man some links to working screenpacks? I want to get my Samurai Showdown and/or Vampire Savior screenpack to work, or at least my Marvel Vs. Capcom thing!
