Okami

Has anyone else purchased this game yet?

It really has an epic adventure feel, almost Zelda-ish, while combining Japanese mythology and folklore into the mix. Add in the brush system and art style, and we have a quality game here.

So far I'm 24 hours into the game, and told I'm probably about only 1/3rd of the way there.

From what I've seen, it has the look and feel of Legend of Zelda: Wind Waker.  Not sure yet if that makes it good or bad.

I have it and beat it.  Wonderful game, with style, art and gameplay that meshes really well to create an almost seamless world.  Great story too, that mixes humour with a serious tone that gets darker as it goes.  Great pacing to boot.  I think I finished the game with 70+ hours, but mind you, I tried to find everything.

The game is astounding! It really does give that loving feudal age feel when you play it.

The game is difficult in places, but it really isn't that difficult to beat.

I would recommend the game to anyone.  :sho
