Isn't there the option of going gay for Aoki in one game? Because if that's true then I'm voting for him.

I dont think it was so much an option as a failure to impress Akira.  You end up with Aoki if you chase Akira and she refuses you at the end and at the same time Aoki hasn't got enough points to win her either.  In that final scene where you cry on each others shoulders a remark is made that Akiras's rejection is what you have in common.  Although, choosing to talk to Aoki instead of any of the girls at the very beginning may set this path in motion.

Though, Mika's boyfriend does wear NWO shirts in the doujinshi.  I can't say I really like him until after he gets transformed.  He sorta only works as eye candy for Mika, which is fine, but doesn't really have any impact on her story aside from getting kidnapped(And the aforementioned bad end where he's transformed.)
