It's from one of the Viper Doujinshi Anthlogies.

I think it's from the first one.  I don't know the artist, though their name should appear in the table of contents in the book.  The name'll be in Kanji probably, so maybe we should wait on JG to jump out with a translation of his name.  Then we can go find the person's site from that.

Try V-5, page 4.  Artist's name is Haruya Kotomi.  More of his (or her?) work is in V-4, next to last story (pages 145-156) in which Bravan's senpai gives some "special training" to Anri.   Maybe Hyperguy can hook you up with the scans, or if you find me on AIM I'll do it.  You might find more of his stuff someone in the Googleverse.
