I know this is an old post but being a B5 fan I had to respond.

I will have to go with the Vorlons on this one, they have the firepower advantage and superior technology.  Come on they can blow up entire planets.  Besides B5 itself is not meant as a actual weapons platform, B4 was but it got sent to the past.
