I was delighted to learn that recently our webhost upgraded the bandwidth of every account they had across the board by 50%.
This brings our total allotment of bandwidth to
105GB.
AWESOME!, right?
But, it's not that simple, because there's still the constraint of the site's amount of disk space. We still only max out at 2.5GBs, and 2.2GBs of that is already being used.
Also, I looked at our webstats for last year, and couldn't help but notice a trend. We've been doing really well at saving bandwidth. I mean, last year we only used 60%(447GB give or take) of the 780GBs of bandwidth for that year.
So yeah.
We've got all of this bandwidth sitting around, but little disk space left. Actually, I kinda wonder if I need to put up any downloads for Viper images, gifs, or games up since they're so much easier to get via torrents these days.
That wakaba board I installed as an experiment could probably see the light of day now too with all of the extra bandwidth. So many possibilities.
In any case, just like always I wanted to hear what the community had to say about it. I can consider any reasonable demands.
