HELP ME!!!

Ok folks... I really need/want a good, FREE anti-virus, anti-spyware, anti-gayretardedbadshit on my computer program. If you guys have any suggestions, fire at will. Dont hesitate to send more than one. Thanks a bunch.

i'd recommend Ad-Aware SE for spyware and AVG Free Editon for viruses.  both of them are free to download (just google them and you should find them eventually), and they seem to work very well for me.

Spybot: Search and Destroy is a good one too. I use it coupled with Ad-aware to double check everything.

I had terrible experience with AVG Free Edition. AVG would say nothings wrong but some unknown shit is still running on wintask manager. When I switched to Avast, it detected 20+ Virii and trojans on the first boot. Just my 2cents.
