I prefer the shoryu cause it looks badass but tatsumaki senpuu's just an awesome way of moving forward. Haha. So DP.

Shoryu's okay, but if used incorrectly, it could lead you vunerable to almost anything. A hadouken, a basic punch or kick, a psycho crusher... Anything could ruin your plan in a jiffy.

Don't worry, I always make sure it hits. =]

Tatsumaki's worse though. You're giving the opponent time to think of something punishing. Unless you're using LK.

Well it's hard to counter unless you are blocking. On the other hand, LK can give your opponent a false opening, then counter attack with something else.

I also actually did think he was saying:
"Sure you can!" although I thought he was implying a question.
