Sup peoples.

I upgraded our bandwidth today, so now we have 35 GB of bandwidth to go around instead of the usual 15 GB we were using earlier.

This means that the site won't go down towards the end of the month like it has been for the past couple of months.

This also means that I'll be able to add much, much more content to the site since we now have the bandwidth to support it.

One thing though. I just moved and don't have a stable internet connection yet, so don't expect to see anything big until this September.

Also, my birthday's in September(on the 9th, or 9/9, the same release date as the Sega Dreamcast), so if you want to get me something swanky, by all means start saving those food stamps now(I'm partial to fruit pies, specifically apple.).

Um...

Oh yeah, and the Viper gif galleries will be making a comeback. The last thing I was uploading before I moved were Viper hentai doujinshi, so expect to see them in September if not earlier. I'll be uploading Viper Anthology Comics 1-5, and a few other assorted Viper hentai doujinshi, including Way of the Viper by Graf Zeppelin.

I also acquired two extra copies of Variable Geo hentai doujinshi anthologies, which I'll later scan and upload once everything else if finished. As we're starting to grow, blah, blah, blah...

In short, a special thanks to everyone for helping making this site awesome, for it is with you that in the essence that we and can in the present party hard in a rocking fashion. Thanks.

(i posted a link to the gallery as THE source for all things viper on another board, and this one was out of bandwidth within 15 minutes of my post)

Hey Hyper Guy, I too have all five of the Viper comics on my laptop. If you want I can upload em if I had access <.<;

Of course I would be worried about the immient destruction afterwords if word leaked out there was a faster way to get them that .de site.

Instead of individually taking the blame for the site going down, how about we share the blame and agree that it was by a combination of our efforts that the bandwidth got sapped up? Like say we were all living in the same apartment and I bought orange juice and each one of us drank some at different times, but the mailman sneaked in at the last second and drank the last glass and threw away the carton. The mailman can represent anyone from Australia to 4chan to kids in Uganda and Uraguay visiting the site.

Doctor_Raven: I'd like that. I can set it up so you can upload them. One thing though. I've come across two different scans of the Viper Anthology comics. I'd have to check out the ones you have to verify that they're the same image quality as the ones I've been uploading. The ones on the .de site are missing chapters.

Now that you ~~mention~~ mutter it, allowing mass downloads may be possible, provided we had another bandwidth upgrade. Then again, offering a link to a mass download manager like Free Download Manager would work in a pinch too.

Viper V1: 32.4 MB, 183 files, 900 x 1200
Viper V2: 35.8 MB, 191 files, 900 x 1200
Viper V3: 38.5 MB, 205 files, 900 x 1200
Viper V4: 34.3 MB, 181 files, 900 x 1200
Viper V5: 35.3 MB, 186 files, 900 x 1200

Ok, looks like you should go with your copies for 4 (since 1,2,3 of yours is up already)and 5 is pretty much on par with yours if a bit smaller.

my stats are for 4 & 5
Viper V4: 33.7 MB, 179 files, 900 x 1200
Viper V5: 35 MB, 186 files, 900 x 1200

Alrighty, I will. Thanks for offering. It's not a widely known about feature, but people with forum accounts can upload to the galleries too, so long as a gallery has it's upload by user settings turned on that is.

Well, at least this way you have a fresh start. All is not lost though. I'm sure there are plenty of people on this forum who'd be more than happy to help you replace your collection. I wish I could help, but since I don't have regular internet the most I can do is add stuff to the gallery to download. JG or Roommate may willing to do some of that AIM transfer stuff provided you buy them a lap dance.

I don't think so. My current host's the best I've had, and I've had my fair share. The site's been down on account of most all of the bandwidth being used up, a sad transgression considering it was just upgraded. It looks like we'll need a total of 60 GB of bandwidth in order to keep afloat. Since we're at 35 GB of bandwidth now, we'll need about 25 GB more.

I think we'll always have this problem, no matter how much bandwidth we acquire. We've got so much traffic and so much stuff in demand.

JG: That sounds about right to me. Though we have more bandwidth now, it looks like it was cancelled out by the increased demand.

ROMate: Sho'nuff. We've got so many exclusive stuff that it's no wonder so many people are downloading. Other sites may try to sell stuff like the doujinshi we have in the gallery, but since we offer this stuff for free, it's no wonder there's been so many visits, and those visits cost bandwidth.

Echie: I know what you mean. I throw fits when the site goes down too. Plus, there's something that's just so much cooler about looking at the images in the gallery compared to looking at them in Windows Picture and Fax Viewer on my computer. I blame the cool layout and well organized structure.

I have to note, you can view images as guests now. I think when I first found this site (months ago) you had it setup to where you had to login to view images.

Did you do this on purpose, or ...?

If it was an accident, I'm sure if you switched it back to members only the bandwidth would last longer.
