Well so far, Shoujo's in the lead.... But I am completely unsure on what to do for a Shoujo series other than adding a few pretty girls and a weird story.

Funny that, considering shoujo is stuff aimed for girls...

Well, from my knowledge of Shoujo stuff, here's a list of things that I know from the genre. Feel free to correct me if I am wrong....

1. A female main character
2. Some pretty and handsome boys.
3. At least one villainess that has a huge rack.
4. A cute animal mascot.
5. Takes place at a High School.
6. Has to include some pervert.
7. Real life situations (Damn, I suck at writing those!)

And that's what I know about the genre. Feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Aside from number 6, those pretty much all show up in shoujo stuff, though it's not obligatory for it to take place in a high school.  Just write something with a lot of relationships and romance and it should work out, since I'm pretty sure the people who voted shoujo probably have the same concept of it as you did.

Now the question remains, should I post profiles in the fanfic section before I write my story, or should I write it as I go along? I'm still waiting for other people to put in their characters as well too in the Shoujo Creation Station in the Writers Block.

Okay, I'm going to make it a Rival Schools esque fighter like fic where girls and boys fight against the forces of evil.... And add in some romance in it too. Unless you fellas have a better idea.

Great. I officially ran out of ideas. The workshop is still open in the Writer's Block. So far, I got three to four characters in the story. I'll add those to my workshop if I can.
