I'd like the full scoop on this installment.  I'm asking because I trust you more than Google. :o

It's the 'Heaven's Feel' route of F/SN

That's funny.  I didn't see these CGs in the original.  Is this like an alternate series?

There are 3 routes in F/SN titled, 'Fate', Unlimited Blade Works'(UBW) and 'Heaven's Feel'

Each route is centered around one of the three heroines in the game

Fate=Saber's route
UBW=Rin's route
Heaven's Feel=Sakura's route

Ah, I see.

That makes so much more sense now.  That's pretty interesting actually.  Rarely game series will explore other routes in a canon sense.

Very interesting.

I know I've heard of UBW from everyone on /jp/ complaining about a patch that was leaked recently.

Tsukihime is alright...I liked the main girl. Pretty charming.

Lilith's stuff is sick, but they hit you in the right spot and one ends up loving them. Well...most of them. (Ingrid best girl btw).

I played the Muv-Luv duology some years ago. Pretty solid. The animated sections in Alternative reminded me of Viper, although they were nowhere near as good as what Sogna used to do. The use of sprites was pretty good, though.
