BLO-- fuck it. C: At the same time I'm working on a website, some merchandise designs for Cafepress,
and also trying to draft some ideas for a visual novel or maybe an awesome eroge.

Meh. There's a bit more on my plate but my peripheral span of attention is basically pointed towards those things. At least maybe. I think whatever.
I still need to figure out what the hell I am doing with the eroge/visual novel.

Let's see I have a collaborator coming for Korea in about 3 weeks, an intern who will be finishing up next week and I still have alot of programing ahead of me to get my code done. On the plus side I have a BBQ on Friday.

Well, I put my 2 weeks notice in a few days ago. I'll be going back to college in about a month. :3 There's still a few things I need to iron out, but it'll be better than unloading trucks at Wal-Mart... though I WILL miss having some money of my own (and NO, I do not intend to work while going to school). Any tips for a noob music composition major student?? ^_^;

Also, remember me talking about Max Attack: G in PSU a while back? Well, long story short, we were supposed to have been given an extension on this event due to a billing error preventing a bunch of people from logging in properly (I wasn't affected by it, lol), but apparently, Sega/Sonic Team didn't give it to us after all, nor did they give us the rewards we earned. It's been about 2 months now, and everyone's getting pissed because we haven't gotten any direct answer on what the hell is going to happen concerning this event. As a result, the NA/EU servers are now even farther behind Japan in terms of updates, and a lot of players have already switched to Japan's servers or have quit entirely. I've always loved PSO and PSU, but I've abhorred Sega/Sonic Team's shitty management of the games. And now, I'm seeing Sonic being thrown into random games where he turns into a werewolf and wields a sword. WTF, Sega. It saddens me deeply to see the gaming icon I've grown up with as a gamer get raped like this... All I can say is, if Sega continues to churn out shit like this - as if the fact that they stopped making consoles is also any indication - they're going to die as a company. =/

In the meantime, I've been keeping myself busy with other games lately. I managed to find a used 80 GB PS3 with a $50 discount, and played through and beat MGS4. I've also downloaded several WiiWare titles: FF Crystal Chronicles: My Life as a King, Defend Your Castle, and Dr. Mario Rx Online, to name a few. I'm HIGHLY anticipating Soul Caliber 4 and Guitar Hero: World Tour when they come out. :3

Other than that... just the same old boring shit, lol.

I don't know what the hell Sega is doing these days either. NiGHTs didn't turn out as good as it was supposed to be, and was badly hurt in sales by coming out way too late in the Christmas season, indicating serious mismanagement. And having an average of three Sonic series games (not cameos but full-fledged franchise games) a year for the last several is at least two too many. All the mediocrity (or outright crap such as the [new] Sonic the Hedgehog for 360 & PS3) dilutes the series so much its hard to remember when Sonic was last good. I fully expect the new Golden Axe to suck in similar fashion.

Work -- Work -- Work -- and yes, More Work. I'm not used to putting in 45 hours a week on just one thing, so this kinda knocks me out. I get home and I'm just dead tired. Haven't had time to work on any costumes or much fun things, but I do know I am going to be making a Sae (from Magic Users' Club or Mahou Tsukai Tai!) costume for a con in November. Yay! (I <3 Sae)

Lol, now there's word from one of the GM's going around that MAG's gonna restart August 1st for 3 weeks. Ironic, seeing how that falls on the day I resign from work... XD Still, a lot of people are pissed that we aren't getting anything NEW lately, but there doesn't appear to be any official info yet... hopefully they won't fuck up again. =/
