Carrera would win, because she has more experience than Akira.  Like for example, picture the opening scene of the Viper GTS OVA and swap out Ratty with Akira and you'd have a basic idea of how it'd go down.

Not to be outdone, Akira would win in a fight against Carrera.  Being a demon, Carrera's naturally stronger than Akira, but like before, Akira has way more experience fighting and wouldn't lose easily.
