Info:

Tejina is a program you can use to look up hiragana, katakana, or kanj characters.  In other words, say you were reading something in Japanese (like a hentai doujinshi for example) and came across a character you've never seen before.  Well, with Tejina you can look up just what character it is based on the number of strokes used to draw the character.

Also, it has a drawing pad that lets you draw the Japanese character and have Tejina look it up for you.

Erm...  I think it is a word instead.  It is in this sceen in GTO, where he is thinking about having a teenage bride while he is in the middle of his life.  I'll try to describe the sceen better when I have the book next to me.  ^^;

Probably a name. Ko is a very common ending to girls names in Japanese, akin to -ette or -elle in English but much more common.
