I bet JG can give the measurements for all the girls.

I wonder who has the biggest breasts, bet it's Akira.

Only a few of the VIPER characters have official measurements.  Though keep in mind that anime characters are rarely drawn to the appropriate proportional sizes.

Akira is 163 cm (5'4") tall and weighs 55 kg (121 lbs). Her three sizes are not known but since she's based on Variable Geo's Yuka and has the same height and weight, they are probably intended to be 89-58-88 (35"-23"-34.5")

The three sizes for the leading F40 girls are also known.  Raika's are 92-59-90 (36"-23"-35.5").  Lilia's are 87-58-88 (34"-23"-34.5").  And Seera's are 85-56-87 (33.5"-22"-34").

There may be some more sizes out there but if so I haven't recorded them in my notes.

And we've already tackled the topic of biggest breasts in the whole series.  The general concensus is Julietta.

Oh, I totally forgot about Julietta's. Akira's height must be wrong, she can't be so small with those awesome legs =P

I wouldn't pretend to guess, though I don't mind if others wish to.

All I can recommend is that Carrera should be about Akira size.  In classic mode she'd have a slightly smaller chest, but in OVA/R mode she'd be slightly larger.  Mercedes would be a size smaller than Carrera.

I guess that's something that only the series author would know about.  Does the series even have an author?

Unrelated, but Rumiko Takahashi revealed the measurements to the girls in Ranma just in the past couple years.

Yes, P-Warrior (real name Kenichirou Nakamura).  He wrote most, if not all of the Silence/M.I.N and Sogna games.
And as matter of fact, he once worked on Ranma 1/2 himself.
