The Colbert Report

Surely, I can't be the only person (or Hero) who watches this show. Stephen Colbert's work on The Daily Show and Harvey Birdman absolutely totally absolutely pales in comparison.

So, who else watches the Report?

What's it about?

I live in the world of slow cars and basic cable, under a rock.

Edit:  No way, the Colbert from the Daily Show got his own show?  This I've got to see.

Yeah, it's only been on for a few months or so.

Basically, it's a parody of pundit shows like The O'Reilly Factor and Hannity and Colmes. Colbert reports on political matters, always supporting the President and the Republican party, while constantly making fun of Liberals (in fact, last nights show had Colbert ask, "How can you stand being around all those bleeding heart Liberals? Don't they just stain the carpet?").

But yes, this show is a MUST SEE.

Awesome show. Too bad I can't watch it on a regular basis. Hell, even my mom says that if the quality of the show keeps up it'll give the Daily Show a run for its money even though it's only a spin-off.

Yeah, I remember hearing something a little while back about how the Report is/was the number one show on Comedy Central. In fact, TDS has been showing old Colbert clips now, in addition to talking to him at the end of each show.

I don't care for those shows, any of them.

Wether they are serious or a joke, news based stuff isn't really my thing. Only news related comedy I liked was back on old SNL episodes.
