The top girl, bending over, with mask and hat is supposed to be Natane from VIPER-M1's Green Boy story. I think she's dressing as one of the wrestlers from Osaka Pro Wrestling. Its hard to tell its her, but the hair is right, especially the bangs, and the presence of Mika on the right and Anri on the left indicates the card's timeframe of around late 1998, early 1999, when M1 and F50 were new.
The bottom girl is Francoise (or Francoice), who was part of the OPW promotion at the time.
Sogna did a few cross promotions with them for a time, with four telecas. I'm still seeking the very rare Francoice card but I've got the other three. I don't know the artists of these: except for the Opening Spicy Series card, they never appeared again in any print material.
