Omega Rugal is at KoF '95, i believe it's God Rugal at CVS2...

anyways as i have played the game, i had a lot of problems beating God Rugal, Shin Akuma is easier for me. (no offense to Akuma fans). So i'd say Rugal will take home the bacon.

Well, it's quite difficult to really know who's stronger.

Shin Akuma wasn't actually Shin Akuma in CvS2. It was more like "Orochi Akuma" or some shit like that.

Both are pretty easy to defeat, but Akuma's a hella lot more annoying (due to his versatility). He has air fireballs, his normal fireballs are as big as supers (and his supers are even bigger), he has a fast, and full screen SGS, Misogi (Rugal has to be close to get G-End in), and that counter-Misogi-thingy. And his teleport's harder to punish.

It's not because you think you can beat either of the two that Zato's better (it's not even Zato. It's Eddie).

Think of it like this. Shin Gou's got no IK, but has two near-IK moves, is a fireball whore, has teleports.
Eddie has IK, etc etc etc

Make a list and compare.
