They're ranks you earn as you post. Depending on the number of posts you've made you receive a different rank. I'll probably change these later, but for now the ranks are:

0 posts = Memberlist Filler
1 posts = Visitor
10 posts = Newbie
20 posts = Regular
30 posts = Enthusiast
40 posts = Veteran
50 posts = Master
60 posts = Beast
70 posts = Titanium BEAST!!!
80 posts = Mid-Boss
90 posts = Secret Character
100 posts = Contributor

Descriptions of what each ranking means.

Memberlist Filler: Someone who's sole purpose on this board is to fill the memberlist. It's a wonder why people who have this rank joined the message board at all since they haven't made any posts whatsoever. They probably joined because they needed to register to see the gallery, or were under the impression that registering would give them some kind of bonus. It doesn't.

Visitor: Someone who probably only had a few questions, got them answered and then moved on their way. They probably weren't planning on being on the board for the long term, but happened to need some info all the same. Either way, they haven't posted very much.

Newbie: Someone who's made enough posts to be considered a newcomer to the board. By this time we've seen enough posts by this user that it's safe to say that more than likely they're here to stay, though they're still not very well known.

Regular: With twice as many posts as a Newbie, a regular has made his presence known through infrequent posting. Maybe not everyone knows who he is, but most anyone who's been active does, or at the very least has seen them post.

Enthusiast: This user not only posts here regularly, but posts here often. They actually have something to say, even in situations where there's nothing to say. In other words, those who have put forth an extra effort to keep this place lively through their enthusiasm.

Veteran: Though this is a small board, by this point everyone should know you by now. It's awesome that our community's small because we can get away with a lot of things you wouldn't be able to do at your average run of the mill message board. Veterans seldomly ask stupid questions and know their way around the board well enough to guide others who need help.

Master: It's one thing to be well acquainted with a concept and another to have fully mastered it. Masters have a +5 frame advantage and can punish most moves on a whiff, even from a counter. These guys are dangerous. One time at the grocery store I saw one put someone's grandma in a headlock and bulldogged her into a stack of cantalopes. That, and they have 10 more posts than a Veteran. Lethal. Post with caution.

Beast: Users on the Hyperguy.net horum who drop monnies or fruit if you beat them up on the street. While many of them are really tough, you can still take them out with a 3 hit combo, but only while in hyper mode. If you happen to kill a gold beast, it's said that they have a 1 in 5 chance of dropping a golden cantaloupe. Cantaloupes can be sold for posts or status, but don't read too much into that. Beasts probably travel in packs and spout off catch phrases like "OMG iT's REi! O_o!! Fap, fap, fap!" or "zOMG it's teh H-Forum chicken wings monkey sex lollerskate dragon cannon plus five!" They smell like cotton.

Titanium BEAST!!!: With a namesake stolen from highervoltage.net's very own loveable titanium snapdragon, Titanium BEAST!!!s are like beasts, except they're made of titanium. These users have posted so many times that there's rims on their posts, whatever that means(They spinnin'!). Way tougher than a normal beast, they have an almost impentrable reputation. While they don't drop golden cantaloupes, they can survive 3 hit combos (even while you're in hyper mode) and can even come back and post when you least expect it. Are they alive, or merely a post generating A.I. run off of Hyperguy's server or something? Either way, most run on Windows ME and while they don't always have something intelligent to say more often than not it's entertaining, entertaining in a titanium way.

Mid-Boss: While no Dark Adonis,[/Vague Disgaea inside joke maybe two people will catch] Mid-Bosses are almost as tough as full fledged bosses and can even throw Titanium BEASTS!!!s onto the roof. Some have hench-man, but most work alone. Henchman? Who needs henchmen when you have platinum gold plated rims and a vintage 1980s Nintendo Zapper? Despite all of their posts, they get no respect from Laharl.

Secret Character: Someone who's posted for so long that were the Hyperguy.net forums a video game and that video game had a sequel, they wouldn't show up on the game's character select screen; they'd show up off to the side of it as a secret character, but only after defeating defeating Colonel Sanders 3 times in Arcade mode on medium difficulty. These guys are top tier, and they know it. Their entire moveset has been tweaked for balance, because back in the day their posts were incredibly broken and high damage dealing. Maybe by now they're no longer aiming for the top, but if any boss character or mid-boss provoked them they'd take care of them in short order, or at least trade hits a reasonable number of times. They have a 1 in 20 chance of dropping a Golden Cantaloupe, and a 1 in 5 chance of dropping platinum rims. They also know were all of the bonus stages are.

Contributor: Good lord. This is someone who spends almost as much time on this site as Hyperguy, and maybe even more. Putting Hyperguy to shame with their punctual attendance and super poster abilities, Contributors are invaluable sources of information, and are more than happy to effortlessly provide it. It's like they've got half of the internet in their back pocket for crying out loud. Geezus. Were the Hyperguy.net horums a video game, these guy's names would appear in the "Special Thanks" section of the credits, but only in the real ending you get by acheiving a 100% completion ratio and playing on the highest difficulty setting. Sleek, sexy, stylish, and smelling like a brand new car, all of the fly honeys are attracted to their gaming prowess and want to have a hand at playing with their joysticks. I feel dirty for typing that. O_o
They also work part time as ninjas.

Well, there you have it! Our forum's rankings and indepth explanations as to what they mean. I hope I didn't put anyone to sleep with this many words. Right now there aren't any people on this board who've managed to go over 100 posts, but when that happens expect to see new rankings to further accomodate the added level of expertise. At this point only a handful of people are close to breaking 100 posts. Right now I've got over 200 posts, but there's no point in me creating a rank for myself because by golly, my username appears just about everywhere on this site.

Okay, the guns in that image I can understand, but the use of dildos to combat spam is new to me. While I can imagine how they'd be used just fine, I think they'd be much cooler if they were volatile and explosive, like "dildo grenades" if you will, the kind used for creating explosions in and out of women.
