Buying Policy

Sogna Digital Museum wants to buy your Sogna and VIPER material!

Whether it be games, art books, doujinshi, or collector's items, we'll purchase them from you and in most cases, even pay for shipping. Just contact us and send us pictures of what you're selling and we'll quote you a price within a few days. Please note that we must have a picture of the original item for sale to ensure the item is not a forgery. Make sure to list what's included, as items with boxes, manuals, promotional posters, and registration cards or other normally included material will be quoted a higher price. Also include your location so that we may estimate shipping.

• We can not quote items without a picture.
• Quoted prices include shipping charges. We estimate a shipping surcharge based upon USPS Priority Mail or First Class rates (our choice) for items being shipped within the USA and International Air Mail for items shipped from outside the USA.
• Quoted prices will include insurance for items being shipped within the USA with a total package value greater than or equal to $200.00.
• If the estimated shipping charges exceeds the value of the items quoted, we reserve the right to deny purchasing your items.
• Upon receipt of all your items, we will pay you the agreed upon quoted value of your items. Sellers within the USA have their choice of a PayPal account deposit, Postal Money Order, or a personal check from the administrator. Sellers outside the USA must accept a PayPal account deposit.
• If you do not mail by the shipping method quoted, or pay for insurance as agreed upon in the quote, we will subtract the difference from the actual amount we pay.
• If you paid shipping as requested in the quote and it was higher than estimated, we will add the difference to the actual amount we pay. This is not applicable should you pay for an express service or insurance not agreed upon by the quoted price.
• You may purchase delivery confirmation or a tracking number at your own discretion to ensure receipt of your package, but our quote may not cover such charges.
• Sogna Digital Museum is not responsible for lost packages, but insurance and/or tracking can be used to reduce your risk.
• For international sellers, we will not pay for any customs search surcharges or loss due to seizure. You must assume these costs.
• If the items received do not match the description and/or picture supplied, we reserve the right to reduce the amount paid to you accordingly. Minor omissions may, but not necessarily, result in minor reductions; major omissions will result in a greater penalty. Forgeries will be treated as if they have zero value and will not have shipping reimbursed.
• Sogna Digital Museum reserves the right to resell your items on this site or auction sites at a higher price than quoted to you.
