The third game in the ubiquitous V series, VIPER-V10 continued the trend with an additional three stories: Children's Play, Northern Lights and Rear Under. The Northern Lights story would give Sogna a new cover girl in Asuka and later spin off a sequel, VIPER-CTR. The PC98 version includes the Turbo Kit for upgrading the performance of VIPER-V6. The Windows version doubles as a Kodak Picture CD.

VIPER-V10 Turbo 3.6Never released X68000 version. Referenced in the VIPER-V8 Twin Turbo manual, Sogna ultimately cancelled the V10 game as interest in the X68000 as a gaming platform was beginning to diminish, as evident by slow sales of the VIPER-V6 and VIPER-V8 versions compared to their PC98 counterparts.
