The first of two games supposedly being developed by Sogna at the time of their bankruptcy. Most of what is known of the game comes from P-Warrior's interview at the back of the VIPER-RSR Official Art Book, in which he describes a game full of girls in power suits who wrestle for a living, the working subtitle of which was Variable Kia but was later renamed The Night Master.

It's unclear how far along VIPER-Z3 was in development, but it stands to reason that a story and character designs had been completed by the bankruptcy filing. Some of the character designs were instead used in the Angel Blade anime after Sogna was dissolved.
