A game possibly being considered for development by Sogna at the time of their bankruptcy. It is mentioned in the VIPER-V8 R instructions manual as the possible next game after VIPER-Z3 but this would not necessarily contradict earlier references to VIPER-M6 being the next, if one assumes that the Komachikawa Detective Agency story included in VIPER-V8 R was in fact cannibalized from a cancelled VIPER-M6. VIPER-GTS R would almost certainly have included the original story line but used the same graphics present in VIPER-V6 R and the VIPER-GTS OVA. |
